01 Definitions & Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the 77f77 website, mobile application, and all associated services accessible at 77f77.bio and any sub-domains thereof.
• "Player" / "User" means any individual who has registered an account on the 77f77 Platform or who accesses any part of the Platform.
• "Account" means the individual registered account created by a Player upon completing the 77f77 registration process.
• "Real Money Balance" means PKR funds deposited by a Player into their 77f77 account for the purpose of wagering.
• "Bonus Balance" means any promotional credits, free bets, or bonus funds credited to a Player account by 77f77 under a specific promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it and any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees, the sole currency in which all 77f77 account balances and transactions are denominated.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required before withdrawals are processed.
• "Self-Exclusion" means a voluntary restriction mechanism by which a Player requests that their access to the 77f77 Platform be suspended for a defined or indefinite period.

References to any statute or regulation include all amendments and successor legislation. Headings in these Terms are for convenience only and shall not affect interpretation.

02 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of the 77f77 Platform — including browsing the website, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or playing any casino game — you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the Privacy Policy and all game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform.

Your acceptance is effective from the earliest of: (a) the date you click "I Agree" or a similar acceptance mechanism during registration; (b) the date you first access a restricted area of the Platform; or (c) the date you make your first deposit or wager.

03 Eligibility & Age Verification

By completing the 77f77 registration process, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility criteria set out above and that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. 77f77 accepts no liability for any loss arising from a Player's failure to meet these eligibility requirements.

04 Account Registration & Security

To access real-money gaming services on the 77f77 Platform, you must register a single personal account. The following conditions apply to all accounts:

• One account per person: Each Player is permitted to hold only one active account on the 77f77 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or shared devices or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
• Accurate information: All registration information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details, must be accurate and must match the identity documents you provide during KYC verification. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 77f77 account credentials. Do not share your username or password with any third party. 77f77 will never ask for your password via email, phone, or chat.
• Unauthorised access: You must notify 77f77 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. 77f77 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• KYC verification: Before any withdrawal is processed, you will be required to complete identity verification by submitting a government-issued photo identification document and proof of address. 77f77 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 77f77 Platform are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following conditions apply:

5.1 Deposits

• Deposits may be made via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, or Meezan Bank transfer.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your account at the time of deposit.
• 77f77 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the same name as your 77f77 account.
• Deposits are typically credited to your 77f77 balance within two to fifteen minutes, depending on the payment method and any delays on the part of the payment provider.

5.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawals may only be requested to a payment method that has previously been used to fund your 77f77 account and is registered in your verified name.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. Unverified accounts cannot process withdrawals.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by method and are detailed in the cashier section. 77f77 targets processing all approved withdrawal requests within 24–72 hours on business days.
• 77f77 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request and may request supporting documentation before releasing funds.
• In cases where a Player has received a deposit bonus, the applicable wagering requirements must be met in full before a withdrawal of bonus-related funds can be requested.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

77f77 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and sports betting promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms published at the time the bonus is offered:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players only and may not be available in all circumstances.
• Each bonus is subject to a specific wagering requirement, which must be completed within a defined validity period. Bonuses not wagered within the validity period will expire automatically.
• Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or in some cases, the bonus plus deposit amount) must be wagered using real money stakes before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Certain games may contribute differently — or not at all — towards the completion of wagering requirements. Contribution rates per game type are listed in the specific promotion terms.
• 77f77 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or claw back any bonus credited in error, or in circumstances where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing opposing bets to reduce risk, creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or any coordinated exploitation of promotional mechanics.
• Players may opt out of receiving promotional bonuses by contacting 77f77 support prior to making a deposit.

07 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the 77f77 Platform are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any game-specific rules displayed within each game or market:

• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the 77f77 system, it cannot be cancelled or modified by the Player.
• 77f77 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was offered in error, including incorrect odds, erroneous markets, or technical malfunctions.
• Winnings on sports bets are calculated based on the odds at the time the bet was placed and accepted, unless a specific early payout or price change rule applies as stated in the market rules.
• All casino games on the 77f77 Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. 77f77 does not manipulate game outcomes, and all published Return to Player (RTP) figures are provided by the game provider.
• In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or system error during a game round, 77f77 will use its best efforts to resolve the situation fairly. Incomplete game rounds resulting from technical faults will be resolved according to the game provider's standard procedures.

08 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 77f77 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of a third party.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with games in a manner not intended for human users.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, matched betting, or any systematic strategy specifically designed to exploit promotional offers.
• Colluding with other Players, game operators, or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or sporting events.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or any other criminal purpose.
• Attempting to circumvent geolocation, IP blocking, or access restriction measures employed by 77f77.
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive behaviour towards 77f77 staff or other Players via any Platform communication channel.

09 Responsible Gaming

77f77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and providing tools that help Players stay in control of their gambling activity. We encourage all Players to treat gambling as a form of entertainment, not as a means of generating income.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all 77f77 account holders free of charge and can be activated at any time via account settings or by contacting customer support:

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the 77f77 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, and data compilations — is the property of 77f77 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 77f77 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, or distribute any Platform content without prior written consent from 77f77.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology underlying the Platform.
• Use the 77f77 brand name, logo, or trade marks in any way that implies affiliation or endorsement without written authorisation.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from any part of the 77f77 Platform.

Any unauthorised use of 77f77 intellectual property may expose you to civil and criminal liability.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 77f77 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise.
• Technical disruptions, server downtime, or unavailability of games or betting markets due to maintenance, force majeure events, or third-party failures.
• Errors in odds or pricing that are subsequently corrected under the void-and-restate procedure described in Section 7.
• Any gambling losses sustained by a Player in the normal course of using the Platform.

In all circumstances, 77f77's aggregate liability to any Player shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Privacy & Data Protection

The collection, use, and protection of your personal data by 77f77 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference.

By using the 77f77 Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming compliance, and customer support.

13 Amendments to Terms

It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of the 77f77 Platform after any amendments have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and request account closure.

The date at the top of this document reflects the date on which these Terms were last updated. Historical versions of the Terms are available upon written request to 77f77 support.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.

In the event of a dispute between you and 77f77, we encourage you to first contact our customer support team so that we may attempt to resolve the matter informally and efficiently. 77f77 is committed to resolving Player complaints fairly and in a timely manner.

Complaints may be submitted to 77f77 support in writing, clearly describing the nature of the dispute, the relevant dates and transaction details, and the resolution you are seeking. 77f77 will acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to provide a substantive response within 14 business days.

Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable law.
